Only CCSF club members can book appointments. Please meet in the entryway area at the bench at the bottom of the stairs. If you are new, you will have paperwork there to fill out. The prices on my website are accurate. Do not look at flyers especially old ones for updated prices. Cancellation Policy
If you are a no call no show you will be charged full price. If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment you will be charged unless you are sick or have an emergency. Please don’t cancel so you can go golf.
